The staff at the B&B were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. Despite the language barrier, they made an effort to understand us and even called someone who spoke English to assist us. The room was compact but clean, and the balcony was a nice touch. the location was central and conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to get around. Lastly, having the option to park our car outside was a great convenience.

The shower in the bathroom was a bit small, which made it a bit uncomfortable for those of us who are on the larger side. It would have been better if it was more spacious to accommodate all guests comfortably.

The cafe on the corner was a convenient spot to enjoy breakfast, with a couple of tickets provided by the hotel. the location was also very close to the tube, making it easy to explore the city. the room itself was compact but clean, with a balcony offering a nice touch. the bathroom had all the necessities, although the shower was a little small.

The language barrier and difficulty in understanding each other was a minor inconvenience.

We had the most amazing New Year's experience in the heart of Italy! From the moment we arrived, the locals were incredibly friendly and helpful.
